Meet Nikki

Nikki, Client Care Representative

Nikki loves greeting furbabies and their humans when they arrive at the clinic. During the workday, she utilizes a range of skills acquired from her undergraduate degree in law, graduate degree in education, work in mental health, and two decades of business ownership experience to help pet parents feel as supported as possible in caring for their beloved family members. At night, she and her husband fight a losing battle against three Golden Retrievers for space on the couch. Positive experiences navigating her own dogs’ health challenges led Nikki to study Veterinary Office Management with the joint goals of contributing to the field of veterinary medicine in a business role and paying compassion forward through mindful client care.
